Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy is made in compliance with article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, European Regulation on the protection of personal data), of Recommendation no. 2/2001 of the Working Group pursuant to art. 29 and the general provision of the Privacy Guarantor regarding cookies of 8 May 2014, n. 229.
Purpose and data processing
This section contains information relating to the management methods of the IBE-CNR research group, Bologna office, with reference to the processing of user data of https://medcliv.ibe.cnr.it/. This information is provided only for the https://medcliv.ibe.cnr.it/ portal and not for other websites that may be reached by the user via links.
Some pages may request personal data: we inform you that their absence can make it impossible to achieve the purposes to which the treatment is connected.
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the processing of personal data carried out through https://medcliv.ibe.cnr.it/ exclusively concerns the personal data acquired in relation to the achievement of the institutional purposes of the Body, or in any case connected the exercise of public interest tasks and the exercise of public powers to which it is called, including the purposes of scientific research and analysis for statistical, teaching and administration purposes, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. e) and, in particular, in order to provide and improve the web services offered.
These personal data are processed
lawfully, correctly, pertinently, limited to what is necessary to achieve the
purposes of the processing, only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes
for which they were collected and in any case in accordance with the principles
indicated in art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or
incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of the interested parties
Data subjects have the right to ask the data controller to access personal data and to rectify or delete them or limit their processing or to oppose the processing in accordance with the provisions of art. 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679.
If the conditions are met, interested parties, are also recognized the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as supervisory authority.
Pursuant to Reg. 2016/679, the Data Controller is the CNR – National Research Council with registered office in Rome, Piazzale Aldo Moro 7, 00185 Rome, Italy.
Pursuant to Reg. 2016/679, the Head of the processing of personal data carried out through https://medcliv.ibe.cnr.it/ is the Director of CNR-IBE, who can be contacted at the following email address: direttore@ibe.cnr.it. The interested party has the right to submit his request, where possible, for the removal or modification of the personal data processing, by writing to privacy.gdpr@ibe.cnr.it.
Pursuant to articles 37 and following of the aforementioned Regulation relating to the protection of individuals with regard to data processing, the CNR with provision 46/2018 of 21/05/2018 appointed the Data Protection Officer (DPO or DPO), email: rpd @ cnr. it.
